Tonight, DeAnn and I put Tyler into a long term facility in Indianapolis which will hopefully help him with his behaviors. This place is relatively new, but the founding firm has been in place for a while. A relative calm has fallen over the house tonight, no screaming, no fights, no tantrums. It’s hard to enjoy the peace when you know your son is falling asleep in a new bed some 100+ miles away.
I don’t know what the future will bring for Tyler or us. This facility will keep him a minimum of six months, and they seem more together than other facilities we have been through in the past. More as events occur….
